TRITHI ROBOTICS PRIVATE LIMITED (herein referred to as “TRITHI”), a pioneer in Indian agricultural robotics and an awarded & recognized crop data institution, hereby asserts its exclusive rights over the proprietary design architectures of its Droneer™ & or above mentioned sub product series, including but not limited to:
- Proprietary Frame Geometries: Specific Quadcopter and Hexacopter structural designs engineered for high-payload precision agriculture.
- Droplet Efficacy Protocols: Proprietary mechatronic integration systems for ultra-low volume (ULV) crop spraying, developed and validated across 138+ locations.
- Multispectral Index Logic: The unique algorithmic weights used to derive 30+ crop distress indices from longitudinal multispectral data (2015–2026).
Notice to the Industry & Potential Stakeholders:
- Design Patents: TRITHI holds registered design patents and prior-art documentation for specific autonomous drone architectures pioneered between 2016 and 2024.
- Anti-Piracy Stance: Any unauthorized use, replication, or commercialization of these design configurations constitutes a direct infringement of TRITHI’s IP.
- Commercial Disclosure: TRITHI monitors the market for “copy-cat” architectures. While we currently prioritize innovation over litigation, our patent portfolio remains an active legal asset available for retroactive enforcement during third-party due diligence.
